A sticker can fit perfectly while still and clip once it rotates, scales or moves. Judge the space occupied by the complete animated shape, including its border, rather than only its starting position. The most useful repair is often a smaller artwork scale or a less extreme movement.

Separate static placement from motion

Begin with the still composition. Check whether the entire drawing is visible and centered. If it already clips, repair the viewBox, artwork bounds or source export before adjusting animation. If only the animated version clips, keep the source geometry fixed while you inspect the motion.

Observe where the cut appears: at the same edge on every loop, during the largest scale, or only after one object rotates. Each pattern points to a different cause. Write down the moment and affected element so the next change answers a specific question.

Allow for rotating corners

A square centered on its rotation point occupies a wider axis-aligned area at a diagonal angle than when its edges are horizontal. For an ideal square of side 300 units, the diagonal is about 424 units. That calculation explains why a tightly fitted square logo can clip midway through a turn.

This is a geometry example, not a prescribed sticker size. Real artwork can include off-center details or thick strokes that extend farther. Measure the complete painted shape and consider the actual rotation point. A rotation around a distant anchor can sweep a much larger area than a centered spin.

Check the largest painted pose

A path’s coordinates do not always describe the outer edge of its visible stroke. Thick borders, rounded caps and sharp joins can extend beyond the underlying path. When the artwork also scales up, the visible edge may reach the boundary sooner than expected.

For a bouncing checkmark, inspect the widest pose and highest position together. Reducing only the vertical movement may not fix a corner that still expands sideways. Review the combined transform rather than treating scale and translation as unrelated controls.

Choose the smallest useful change

Start with one repair and preview again. Reducing artwork scale keeps more room for movement; reducing animation intensity preserves a larger resting image. Re-centering helps asymmetric designs, but it cannot make an oversized motion fit by itself.

A character with one extended arm may need a different balance from a circular logo. Keep its expression readable while choosing enough space for the hand. Avoid using an opaque border rectangle to hide clipping; it changes the composition without resolving the underlying movement.

  • Reduce artwork scale slightly and recheck.
  • Try a gentler preset or shorter travel.
  • Inspect the rotation anchor.
  • Remove accidental distant geometry from the source.
  • Keep every intended object inside the final canvas.

Watch complete loops before accepting the fix

Do not stop after the first attractive frame. Let the animation repeat and watch the edges during both outward and returning movement. Check whether the repaired composition now looks too small or changes its visual balance compared with other stickers in the pack.

Export the candidate and inspect it in Telegram. A browser preview is useful, but the delivered file is the final object people use. Keep a note of the accepted scale and motion so future revisions do not accidentally restore the original clipping. Recheck whenever the source silhouette or border thickness changes.
